تتعرض هذه الدراسة للتعليق على الرأي الاستشاري لمحكمة العدل الدولية حول التزامات الكيان فيما يتعلق بوجود وأنشطة الأمم المتحدة في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة لسنة 2025، وقد توصلت المحكمة إلى التزام الكيان الصهيوني بضمان الاحتياجات الضرورية لبقاء الفلسطينيين، والموافقة على برامج الإغاثة وحماية الكوادر الطبية والإغاثية، ومنع النقل القسري، والتزامه بحق المحتجزين باستقبال زيارة اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر، وحظر تجويع المدنيين كأسلوب حرب. وكذا التزام الكيان بالتعاون بحسن نية مع الأمم المتحدة، وضمان امتيازاتها وحصاناتها. This study comments on the I.C.J's 2025 advisory opinion concerning Israel's obligations regarding U.N's presence and activities, other international organizations, and other states in the occupied Palestinian territory and related matters. The Court concluded that Israel is obligated to ensure the basic needs of the Palestinian for survival, to approve relief programs, to protect humanitarian and medical personnel, to prevent their forced transfer, to uphold the right of detainees to receive I.C.R.C's, and to prohibit the starvation of civilians as a method of warfare. Furthermore, Israel is obligated to cooperate in good faith with the U.N, and to guarantee its privileges and immunities.
