تتناول هذه الدراسة ظاهرة العملات المشفرة بوصفها أحد أبرز الابتكارات المالية المعاصرة، وتسعى إلى الإجابة عن إشكالية محورية تتمثل في مدى اعتبارها نظاماً مالياً مستقلاً قائماً بذاته. وتهدف إلى تأطير مفهوم العملات المشفرة وتمييزها عن النقود الإلكترونية، وكشف خصائصها البنيوية والتداولية، وتسليط الضوء على آليات اشتغالها عبر تقنية البلوكتشين وأساليب اقتنائها وتداولها. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن العملات المشفرة تُشكّل نموذجاً مالياً بديلاً حقيقياً يرتكز على اللامركزية والتشفير وانعدام الوساطة، مما يمنحها استقلالية تامة عن السلطات النقدية التقليدية. وتكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في كونها تُقدم تأطيراً أكاديمياً لمفهوم لا يزال يفتقر إلى توحيد مصطلحاتي وتنظيم قانوني على المستوى الدولي، مما يجعلها إسهاماً في فهم مستقبل المنظومة المالية العالمية. كلمات مفتاحية: العملات المشفرة.التداول. التشفير. الاقتصاد الرقمي. Abstract: The abstract should be a summary of the paper and not an introduction, presenting concisely the objectives, results obtained, and their significance. This study examines the phenomenon of cryptocurrencies as one of the most prominent financial innovations of the contemporary era, and seeks to address a central problematic regarding whether they can be considered an independent and self-sustaining financial system. It aims to conceptually frame cryptocurrencies and distinguish them from electronic money, reveal their structural and transactional characteristics, and shed light on their operating mechanisms through blockchain technology, as well as the methods of their acquisition and exchange. The study concludes that cryptocurrencies constitute a genuine alternative financial model grounded in decentralization, cryptography, and the elimination of intermediaries, thereby granting them full autonomy from traditional monetary authorities.
