تعتبر المقاولاتية من أحدث الصور التي تسعى لتطوير النظام الاقتصادي في الجزائر وذلك من خلال توفير برامج الدعم المؤسساتي والاستفادة من الإصلاحات التي اعتمدتها الدول في دعمها للمشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة والاستثمار في رأس المال المعرفي. تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مفهوم المقاولاتية وأساليب الدعم التي وفرتها الدولة للمؤسسات الناشئة والمصغرة والاقتصادية، وكذا مقارنتها بمختلف السياسات التي تم اعتمادها من طرف بعض الدول العربية والأجنبية منها. Abstract: Entrepreneurship is considered one of the most recent forms that seek to develop the economic system in Algeria by providing institutional support programs and benefiting from the reforms adopted by countries in their support of small and medium enterprises and investing in knowledge capital. This study aims to identify the concept of entrepreneurship and the methods of support that the state has provided for emerging, small and economic enterprises, as well as comparing them with the various policies that have been adopted by some Arab and foreign countries.
