ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى الوقوف عند مفهوم الدولة الهشة ومهددات الاستقرار السياسي في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي، من خلال دراسة مقومات الهشاشة في دولة النيجر، حيث تعتبر نموذجا واضحا يجعلها حالة مثالية لفهم الظاهرة. وخلصنا في الأخير إلى أن حالة النيجر الهشة تولد عدم الاستقرار وعدم الاستقرار يعمق من الهشاشة، وبالتالي فالحلول الأمنية والعسكرية وحدها لا تكفي، بل تكون بمعالجة جذور الأزمة التي تتطلب مقاربة متكاملة، فاستقرار النيجر اختباراً مصيرياً ليس فقط لشعبها، بل لاستقرار منطقة الساحل بأكملها والمجتمع الدولي الكلمات المفتاحية: الساحل الإفريقي، الدولة الهشة، الاستقرار السياسي، النيجر، الحلول الامنية. Abstract: The study aims to examine the concept of the fragile state and the threats to political stability in the African Sahel region, by studying the foundations of fragility in Niger, which is considered a clear model that makes it an ideal case for understanding the phenomenon. In the end, we concluded that Niger's fragile condition generates instability, and this instability, in turn, deepens the fragility. Consequently, security and military solutions alone are insufficient. Instead, addressing the roots of the crisis requires an integrated approach. The stability of Niger is a critical test not only for its people but for the stability of the entire Sahel region and the international community.
