ملخص: لقد أصبح للذكاء الاصطناعي أهمية كبيرة في شتى المجالات فهو يزاحم الدور البشري لتعدد المهام التي يؤديها، و يهدف هذا المقال إلى البحث في أي تأثير للذكاء الاصطناعي على عمل السلطة القضائية في مسعاها لتحقيق العدالة وحماية الحريات والحقوق، من خلال استعراض استخداماته الحالية في مرفق القضاء، وأي دور محتمل له في المستقبل، سيما مع انتشار ما يعرف بالقاضي الذكي و العدالة التنبئية ، والسعي من أجل الوصول الى تحقيق الشمولية، الفعالية والدقة في القرارات القضائية، ونبحث كذلك في التحديات التي تواجه هذا المجال سواء كانت تقنية، فنية أم اخلاقية ومن ثمة نقيم استخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في عمل السلطة القضائية خلال بيان السلبيات و الإيجابيات، ونقدم التوصيات بخصوص ضرورة مسايرة الذكاء الاصطناعي بما يخدم تطور العمل القضائي دون المساس بجوهر وبمبادئ العدالة وذلك من خلال إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليل. Summary: Artificial intelligence has become increasingly important in various fields, encroaching on the human role due to the multitude of tasks it performs. This article aims to explore the impact of artificial intelligence on the judiciary's pursuit of justice and the protection of freedoms and rights. We will examine its current uses within the judicial system and its potential future role, particularly with the rise of the "smart judge" and predictive justice. We will also consider the pursuit of comprehensiveness, effectiveness, and accuracy in judicial decisions. Furthermore, we will investigate the challenges facing this field, both technical and ethical. Finally, we will evaluate the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the judiciary, outlining its advantages and disadvantages, and offer recommendations regarding the necessity of adapting artificial intelligence to serve the development of judicial work without compromising the essence and principles of justice. This will be achieved through a descriptive-analytical approach
